Kinder Surprise Terms and Conditions – Receive a free entry for one (1) child aged 11 years or under to any participating Lollipops Playland when you present two Kinder Surprise product wrappers and original purchase receipt/s.

Purchase two Kinder Surprise products and present both wrappers and original purchase receipt/s at any participating Lollipops Playland to receive a free children’s pass.
To claim individuals must, during the promotional period:
1.        Buy any two (2) Kinder Surprise products from any food store/supermarket in New Zealand; and
2.   Present the two (2) Kinder Surprise product wrappers and original purchase receipt/s at any participating Lollipops Playland centre to receive one (1) children’s general entry pass (only children 11 years of age or under are eligible).

 

 The participating Lollipops Playland centres are as follows:

  • Lollipop's Playland North Shore: Cnr Archers & Sunnybrae Rds Glenfield, NORTH SHORE;
  • Lollipop's Playland Ellerslie: Inside Gate 9, Ellerslie Racecourse, Morrin St, ELLERSLIE;
  • Lollipop's Playland Tauranga: Cnr Poike Rd & Roxanne Place, Windermere, TAURANGA;
  • Lollipop's Playland Hamilton, Cnr Liverpool & Vialou St, HAMILTON;
  • Lollipop's Playland Palmerston North: 25 Matipo St, PALMERSTON NORTH; and
  • Lollipop's Playland Christchurch: 146 Antigua St, Addington, CHRISTCHURCH. 

Individuals must surrender their two (2) Kinder Surprise product wrappers and original purchase receipt/s at the time of visiting any participating Lollipops Playland. Limit one (1) claim per family per day.Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the promotional period but prior to claim.

  

Terms and Conditions
General
1.        Claim instructions and the reward form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2.        The promotion is only open to New Zealand residents
3.        The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
4.        Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to claim. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
5.        The promotion commences at 12.01am NZDT on 22.02.10 and closes at 11.59pm NZDT on 02.04.10 (“the Promotional Period”).
6.        The exact value of the children’s pass will be dependent on the participating Lollipops Playland location at which the children’s pass is redeemed. Claimants are limited to one (1) children’s general entry pass per two (2) Kinder Surprise products purchased. Limit one (1) claim per family per day. Only children 11 years of age or under are eligible to use the children’s general entry pass.
7.        The reward is subject to the standard Lollipops Playland terms and conditions and free entry must be redeemed by 09.04.10.
8.        The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.        It is a condition of accepting the reward that children 11 years of age or under be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at all times during participation at Lollipops Playland and that such parents or legal guardians may be required to sign a legal release in a form to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
10.     The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected claims to this promotion.
11.     If for any reason a claimant does not claim the free entry by 09.04.10, then the free entry offer will be forfeited.
12.     Reward is non-transferable or exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash. Rewards cannot be on-sold by the claimant.
13.     The Promoter is not responsible for any costs incurred by the claimant in taking the reward. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Lollipops Playland children’s pass are not included.
14.     The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
15.     Multiple claims permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) claim permitted per purchase of two (2) Kinder Surprise products; (b) only one (1) claim per family per day regardless of the number of participating products purchased and wrappers/receipts presented on one particular day; and (c) each claim must be submitted separately and in accordance with claim requirements.
16.     To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its employees and agents shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with the offer including visiting Lollipops Playland. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter, its employees and agents exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the offer, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim or reward that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in reward value; (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (f) use of the reward.
17.      The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from participation in this promotion. Independent financial advice should be sought.
18.     In the event that the reward is not available despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure the reward, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal recommended retail value.
19.     If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures, war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the claim process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend any or all of parts the promotion.
